ZUMBA®
     Combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba® participants to stick to the Zumba®Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba® is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system!
ZUMBA® Toning
     When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party. Students learn how to use lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and tone all their target zones, including arms, abs, glutes and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast.

Cardio Kickboxing TurboKick
     BURN calories and BLAST fat! Turbo Kick mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to move it! You’ll Kick, Punch and Groove the calories away!

Bodyblast Bootcamp
    Circuit training is a combination of cardio intervals and resistance training. This class is designed to be fun, easy to follow, give you a great workout, and target fat loss, and muscle building. Each person is able to work at their own pace as they rotate through the various stations. The circuit contains exercises using steps, jump ropes, kettle bells, medicine balls, weights, stability balls, and other various exercise equipment. You will be working every major muscle group in the body and will burn a ton of calories!!!

Pump
    This strength training class is an easy-to-follow workout that targets every inch of your body especially those areas that we would like to be flattened, tucked, and lifted. Challenges every major muscle using weights, stability balls, resistance bands. You won’t believe how gorgeously defined your muscles can be!

Slim & Fit
    Combines cardio and body firming exercises to melt fat and tone muscles. The combination of aerobics, kickboxing and slimming exercises with weights will blast your heart rate and help boost your metabolism. This class will change your shape to be more lean and firm without getting bulky. Whether you’re just getting started or you are a hard core workout queen, this class accommodates to and challenges all fitness levels.

CSI - Cardio Strength Intervals
     Designed to Burn FAT and SHAPE your muscles! This interval workout will take you through cycles of SHORT bursts of high intense cardio followed by weight training. Interval training is one of the best methods to melt fat! The instructor will provide modifications for ALL fitness levels. This motivating, energetic class will leave you feeling fantastic and guarantee results.
