45 minutes Personal Training Sessions-
These sessions are geared specifically for individuals who have been exercise training but want accelerated results, or who have more lofty training goals.
Group Training Sessions (max of 6 people)-
Individuals who are looking for the results and experience of personal training, but where cost is a factor, have the ability to complete tandem personal training sessions with a friend, family member, or co-worker.
